Executive coaching is not just a developmental tool but a way to boost business performance and your company’s bottom line.
It is no surprise that investment in executive coaching is increasing exponentially, with almost half of Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies using executive coaching in the last 5 years.
In today’s competitive business environment companies investing in executive coaching are giving themselves a significant commercial advantage.
Rebecca works collaboratively with executives, teams, and organisations to drive meaningful change, unlock stronger performance and achieve higher productivity.
Using active listening, strategic questioning and goal setting, Rebecca enables clients thoroughly to evaluate their leadership style and its impact on colleagues and performance.
By identifying specific areas of opportunity in their professional lives, Rebecca empowers her clients to uncover their hidden potential, motivating them to take the necessary steps to meaningful change.
Rebecca’s tailored, one-to-one approach helps clients identify and remove barriers to success, building self-confidence and enhancing mental resilience — all skills essential for thriving in today’s dynamic, ever-evolving work environments.

What You Can Expect:
When It’s Useful:
I work closely with organisations to help build high-performing teams that deliver on their potential. Teams thrive when they have a shared sense of identity, purpose, and strong communication.
Through a bespoke mix of one-to-one and group coaching sessions, I guide teams in identifying collective strengths and challenges, fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and psychological safety.
When It’s Useful:
I provide strategic consultancy to help organisations and their leadership teams drive growth, operational excellence, and organisational transformation.
My approach is shaped by a wealth of experience in senior leadership roles, including CEO of one of the UK’s leading barristers’ chambers, Outer Temple; People Director and senior legal and compliance positions at Lloyds and Standard Chartered Banks; and as an employment lawyer at Simmons & Simmons. My background gives me a unique perspective on the challenges faced by senior professionals and organisations.
Having led large teams, driven strategic organisational change, and advised on cultural transformation, I have a deep understanding of the complexities executives face in navigating evolving business landscapes. I have also had the privilege of helping many female colleagues successfully step into senior executive roles.
In addition to my professional expertise, I have personally tackled significant workplace challenges, such as balancing high-level executive responsibilities with raising children and addressing workplace harassment and bullying. These personal experiences, combined with the transformative coaching I have received, enable me to bring an informed and empathetic perspective to my coaching practice. I understand the complexities of managing both personal and professional pressures, which allows me to provide tailored support to those navigating similar challenges.
I have complemented my experience with the Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching at Henley Business School, further enhancing my ability to guide individuals in achieving their leadership goals.
